Hello Fellow Travelers,
When I read my writing I think, my God, I have turned into a beggar. I hope mediating will stop this trend, set me in a new direction, one in which I can finally restore the life I had before my Dad kicked the bucket, leaving me a yellow sweater, (to keep me warm), a hairbrush to make me look good while (crawling) along the path, a brush to dust off my shoes, a book ‘Thoughts to Build On’ (to stand tall on), and a flashlight (to help me find my way) in the dark.
I almost forgot; three blond harpies. How much clearer could he be? I’m still building on the thoughts he wanted to share with me from his book. It’s the thought that counts.
But at this point, I would have preferred he treat me like the worthy son I am, and leave me an inheritance.
Here it is:
That’s minus the harpies, in an upside down sort of way.
My Young Adult Quadrilogy is continuously changing in my head. I do believe this experience is helping to bring more action, deeper relationships between the characters in my book. The current events have now had a chance to be twisted into the plot.
AMEN for change.
Praise Alla.
Praise God. Protect our schools, our teachers, our administrators, our students, our American Democracy.
