Aristophanes is known as “The father of Comedy”, a comic playwright of ancient Athens. Eleven of his forty plays survive virtually complete. He is said to have portrayed life in ancient Greece better than any author, and is known as well, as the “Prince of Ancient Comedy”.
Aristophanes says “Youth ages. Immaturity is outgrown.
