The governor of Texas, Mr. Rick Perry, (who wants to abolish three Federal Offices, the Department of Education, {the second one he wants to abolish I forgot} and the third one he wants to abolish HE forgot), when asked if The Bible should also be taught in Spanish replied,
“if English was good enough for Jesus, then it’s good enough for me”, so says Christopher Hitchens.
Now everyone knows Jesus spoke French.
I was watching Ron Paul on The Tonight Show. This was his third run for the Presidency of The United States. I had always thought he was an honest man with a good sense of humor, twisted wit, a good heart, and a good head on his shoulders. Everything he said made good sense, and he’s not a bigot or a homophobe, like that governor of Massachussetts, Mr. Mitt Romney. Kick me in the pants, if I may not vote Republican for Ron Paul. What is the world coming to?
UPDATE: Never mind. Ron Paul seems to be taking a rest until he runs again in 2016. The man’s like Ralph Nader. He never gives up. Gotta hand that to him! Friends, don’t abandon me, I WON’T be voting Republican. There is still hope in the world for religious French speaking Christians,
and my hope lies in Hillary.
There is one life.
This life is Jesus.
This life is perfect, French speaking and all.
J’accept.
Je merci,
Je let it go.
Et il est donc ainsi.
Who ever said that Jesus spoke English? The English language as we know from the Bible didn’t even exist in His days. As we all know Jesus lived in a Roman province of Palestina, in Judea and his mother tongue was Aramaic. He also spoke Hebrew, but certainly not English.
NICE
I just reread the post. Thank you, though it could stand just one more edit.
I guess you are the other blogger who clicked “like”. Thanks.
Yes.
